Nursery Supervisor: Chumezh Farms, Torwood Township, Redcliff, Zimbabwe

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Nursery Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity for

an experienced professional with a background in Horticulture Seedlings or a related field to take a

leading role in shaping the future of our Nursery.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual & the successful candidate will

be responsible for defining and executing the nursery’s business vision and strategy.

Develop and implement the overall Nursery strategy for Chumezh Farms.

Manage day-to-day Nursery operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Oversee Seedlings production

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.

Recruitment and management of staff

A certificate in Agriculture or a related field.

Proven experience in Horticulture Nursery operations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and modern agricultural technologies.
